As the best selling boy band in history, they gained international stardom in 1999 with Millennium selling 180 million worldwide, with their pop infused, catchy R&B tunes. On the release of recent record, In A World Like This, that shows off an evolved sound, taking in elements of adult contemporary, rock and dance music.

Canadian wild-child Avril Lavigne has been making waves in the music business since her 2004 breakthrough, Let Go. Almost immediately successful, Let Go was the alt. rock, grungy soundtrack to many childhoods of the naughties, and Avril's message of self-empowerment has been a main theme of her subsequent output. Aside from making records, Avril has flirted with movie stardom and maintained a popular clothing line. Since the release of outrageous 'Hello Kitty', it's safe to say that her 6th studio album will incorporate her pop rock background, with a dub-step and dance music vibe.
