Better Midler returns to the road

The Divine Miss M is back on tour for the first time in a decade. She's hitting the road to promote her new record It's the Girls, a collection of covers from the golden age of the girl group. The likes of The Shangri-Las and The Andrew Sisters have always been a big influence for Bette (indeed she covered them both on her 1972 debut album) but now she's decided to devote a whole record to them. She also tackles tracks from The Ronnettes and The Supremes.

Alongside these golden hits from the 50s and 60s, she'll also be performing tracks from her enviable back catalogue. As It's the Girls is her 25th album, she has plenty to choose from! Expect to hear Rose and Wind Beneath My Wings. The Golden Globe, Grammy, Emmy and Tony Award winner (and all round lovely lady) is playing in , , .
