Why see The Magnetic Fields?

25 Years Of 69 Love Songs

Ostensibly created as one of multi-instrumentalist singer/songwriter Stephin Merritt's side projects for his laconic wit and verve, The Magnetic Fields have proven their strength from their 1991 debut '100,000 Fireflies' to the vast '69 Love Songs'. 2025 sees them celebrating the latter as it reaches a milestone anniversary of 25 years!

Now a five-piece, The Magnetic Fields have been recording since 1989. House of Tomorrow was the band's third EP, cementing them as one of the most interesting experimental pop bands of their generation. Don't miss these new dates, a treat for fans old and new.
