One of the alternative music world's most acclaimed and idiosyncratic artists returns this year with her fourth album Divers, and a tour to go along with it. An accomplished harpist and pianist, Joanna Newsom crafts dense, baroque pop masterpieces, imbued with her unmistakable lyricism that draws on old folk tales and medieval symbolism. She first emerged in 2004 with her debut album Milk Eyed Mender, and her previous record, the three-disc gargantuan Have One On Me, ended up on every critic's Best of 2010 list.

In her own words, new album Divers "...has a kind of tonal variegation to it that's different from anything I did in the past." The concert will feature a rare and intimate performance by Joanna.
