It was amazing and I loved every second of it!
Sugarland Was Awesome
We went to Van Andel on our 44th anniversary & loved the show. The music & performance was excellent. One of the great voices in any genre of my lifetime is Jennifer Nettles. Kristian Bush was most impressive as well. Loved it. They showed great courage in promoting social justice issues which are critical in America right now. They made me proud! Didn’t get the Star Wars link? Overall 5 stars!
The place was cold but the music was hot !!!!!three bands
My wife and I were on the floor not only did we enjoy the music but everyone around us did to! We have been to sugerland concert in 2008 at the country jam and we went to the paramount theater in Denver to see Jennifer nettles a couple years ago All were very good!!! Some people are always complaining. I Did not see anyone who did not like the music* most of the time everyone was standing up and singing along with all 3 performances . Everyone was having a very good time🤩ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ŽðŸ˜˜
Terrible opening acts
The opening acts (Clare Bowen and Brandy Clark) were terrible, they didn't get the crowd excited at all. I had no idea who they were and had to Google them while they were singing. Thankfully once Sugarland came on all was redeemed. They played non stop, one song right after the other with very little talking. Their chemistry is fabulous. Better opening acts would have made this concert so much better.
venue terrible, sugarland great
Very disappointed with the saddle Dome! , very dirty ,floors were so sticky! Apparently wasn't cleaned from night before , told from numerous workers!,, that's disgusting ! For the prices that they charge for food and beverages it should be in top notch !,we found to much time I between opening act and Sugarland (approx. 1 hour) TOO LONG , Sugarland didn't disappoint , enjoyed it !!!
All bass no vocals
We love Jennifer's music and had such high expectations for the concert. After an hour of loud bass from the two opening acts we were ready to leave. We stayed and hoped things would improve. Once Sugarland opened we stayed for three songs and left. We had good seats but the young ladies in front of us stood up the entire time. The bass was a bit softer but still overwhelming. We were very disappointed. We've been to many wonderful concerts that showcased the artist's voice rather than the band volume. What was supposed to be a wonderful gift to my husband ended up to be a very disappointing and costly evening. We will not be going to the Huntington Center again.
