Very good show

IDK... maybe she got the message she needs to interact with the audience a bit or she just likes SF more than other places? ;-) But she was relatively engaging and musically it was great. Is she Bruce Springsteen or Taylor Swift? No. You're not going to get 'here's my life story' type thing. But this is more a jazz-adjacent show, so everything seemed to work. I do agree with another commenter that the show would've benefited from a dedicated guitarist. Norah looks and sounds stiff on guitar. You can tell it's not her primary instrument. She's passable so it's fine but it's not the strongest part of her performance. ... Read more

Norah Jones is Brilliant

These moronic reviews that criticize Norah for not being more engaging with the audience are completely shortsighted. Nobody asked Van Gogh to cook. Appreciate the genius of Norah's vocals, piano and guitar play. We just saw her show at Port Chester on 5/10/24 and it was incredible. 5 stars, if you have an opportunity to see Norah live, GO!. ...
